I’m Maryrose. I’ve been on both sides of this.
I’ve built businesses of my own from the ground up. I know what it’s like to be working out your branding, your website, your content, your offers and your visibility all at once, while still doing the actual work. And I know the frustration of a brand that doesn’t match the level you’re operating at.
That’s what led me here. The Mindful started in social media, and grew into what it is now: a small studio for brand strategy, websites and digital experiences.
My strength is listening. Clients often tell me they struggled to explain what they wanted, and that I understood it anyway. I take that vision, give it structure, and turn it into something you can see, use and be proud of.
I’m also a Reiki practitioner and sound healer. It means I understand wellbeing and healing businesses from the inside, the care, the sensitivity, the language. But the work itself is practical and grounded, and it’s for anyone who wants their business to make sense to the people it’s for.
