These terms cover this website and digital products bought from the Soul-Led & Sold Out shop. Project work is covered by the proposal and agreement you receive before any work begins. Please review these before launch.

This website is run by Maryrose Slater, trading as The Mindful. By using it you agree to these terms. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
The Visibility Check
The Visibility Check gives general, automated guidance based on your answers. It isn’t a full audit or professional advice for your specific situation, and results shouldn’t be relied on as a guarantee of any outcome.
Digital products (Soul-Led & Sold Out)
Products in the shop are sold by Maryrose Slater, trading as The Mindful. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. If VAT applies, it’s shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe.
Delivery. Downloads and app access are delivered immediately after payment on a private order page, which you can return to at any time. Downloads may be limited to a reasonable number per order.
Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins, if you have agreed to immediate access and acknowledged this. You’ll be asked to confirm this at checkout.
If something’s wrong. Your statutory rights are not affected. If a product is faulty, not as described or doesn’t work, email me and I’ll repair, replace or refund it as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides.
Using what you buy. Products are licensed for your own personal or single-business use. Please don’t share, resell or redistribute files, templates or licence keys. Apps are provided as described on the product page and may be improved over time; licence keys can be deactivated if they’re shared or misused.
Intellectual property
The design, text, logos and images on this site belong to The Mindful or the clients whose work is shown, with their permission. Please don’t reuse them without asking.

Links to client and third-party websites are provided for convenience. I’m not responsible for their content.
Liability
I take care to keep this site accurate and available, but can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
