Who I am
The Mindful is run by Maryrose Slater. If you have any questions about your data, email info@themindfulsmm.com.
What I collect
- Project enquiries: your name, email, business name, website or social link, and anything you choose to tell me in the form.
- The Visibility Check: your answers, your score, first name, email, optional business name, business type and website link, whether you asked for a personal note, and whether you agreed to hear from me.
- Studio notes and waitlists: your email address, and which list you joined.
- Shop orders: your name, email, what you bought, the amount paid, download activity and any licence key issued. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and never reach this website.
- Website analytics: anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, if enabled. These do not identify you.
How I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, follow up on your Visibility Check (including a personal note if you asked for one), deliver and support anything you buy, and, if you ticked the box or signed up, occasional studio notes or launch news. I never sell or share your details for marketing.
Lawful basis
Replying to an enquiry is in our legitimate interests and at your request. Order details are processed to fulfil our contract with you, and kept to meet legal and tax obligations. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions and orders are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and delivered to my business email. Payments are processed by Stripe (see stripe.com/gb/privacy). If automatic order emails are switched on, they are sent through Resend. Enquiry records are kept no longer than two years after our last contact; order records are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email me and I’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is shown on a form, it may use strictly necessary technical data to tell people from bots.
